- Very tight timeline – less than 2 weeks for recruitment – and very restrictive scheduling window over 4 days VCL with US respondents needing to be scheduled to accommodate clients viewing interviews on European timezone.
- LDA Research achieved full sample with only 2 of the 24 interviews being scheduled outside the clients’ viewing window; all 24 interviews scheduled within the 4 day VCL fielding window.
- LDA maintained excellent communication throughout the project offering solution focused responses to scheduling issues as they arose and liaising with respondents proactively to ensure both duo and individual interviews were scheduled within the fielding timelines.
