Sample:
 28 HCP respondents across rheumatology, orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, primary care and pain intervention

How did LDA help?

  • A restrictive timeline was set, with less than two weeks for recruitment, and a tight scheduling window over four days VCL. The US respondents needed to be scheduled to accommodate clients viewing interviews from the central European time-zone.

  • LDA Research achieved a full sample with only two of the 24 interviews being scheduled outside the clients’ viewing window. All 24 interviews were scheduled within the four day VCL fielding window.

  • We maintained excellent communication throughout the project offering solution focused responses to scheduling issues as they arose and liaising with respondents proactively to ensure both duo and individual interviews were scheduled within the fielding timelines.
