Our ability to find experts and hard-to-reach patient groups that other agencies struggle to access is one of our key strengths. 

We recruit specialised respondents who can provide in-depth insights, arrange appropriate venues to conduct the groups and organise their attendance. We assist with both online and in person groups, and provide our specialist moderators to lead the session if required. The approach we employ can be tailored and combined to meet each client's specific requirements.

Research commissioners have the option to observe the process, with the opportunity to adjust questions, or add additional queries in a dynamic setting.
